Inside Europe: Stubbing out in the Czech Republic

After years of delay, the Czech Republic finally adopted a comprehensive ban on smoking in enclosed spaces this week – bringing the country into line with most of its European counterparts. But there are concerns, especially for the fate of the country’s village pubs, and for the much-cherished ‘night-time quiet’ rule. Rob Cameron has more from Prague.
