Inside Europe: Rome's crumbling infrastructure

Rome is in pretty bad shape. The two worst problems are the rubbish crisis and the poor state of its roads. The rubbish continues to pile up. And city council's solution on the road front was to reduce speed to 30 km an hour around big potholes. But a group of volunteers are now taking matters into their own hands by filling in the potholes themselves. Angelo Van Schaik reports.
