The European Union is facing another political crisis after an overwhelming majority of Dutch voters rejected a treaty on closer economic and political ties with Ukraine. In a referendum on Wednesday, around 64 percent of voters were against the agreement -though only 34% turned out to cast a ballot. The referendum is non-binding, but could affect Dutch ratification.
