Inside Europe: Migrants dying on the Turkey-Greece border

Turkey has arrested two Greek soldiers who strayed across the shared border. The soldiers say they lost track of the border as they were chasing a group of migrants streaming into Greece from Turkey. The incident has sparked a fresh border row between the two NATO allies. But as Anthee Carassava reports it's also underscores Europe’s failing fight to plug a popular and deadly migrant route.
