German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, is known for her prudent words and careful diplomacy. But following the G7 summit in Taormina, Sicily, she spoke out, not once but twice, in a way which seemed to signal a shift in the post-war order. An order which until now has seen European countries in a happy alliance with the US. Analyst Heinz Schulte talks about the shift.
