Inside Europe: Goodbye Finland

The Finnish government has begun chartering flights to Baghdad so that Iraqi refugees can return home. Thousands of Iraqis who arrived in Finland last year have decided to cancel their asylum applications and leave voluntarily. Tobias van Treeck is with the IOM in Helsinki and told Helen Seeney a bit about the organization's volunteer return program.
