The Polish government has gone ahead with the exhumation of the former presidential couple who were killed in an air disaster in Smolensk, Russia back in 2010. The aim is to determine whether the crash was caused by an on-board explosion despite earlier Polish and Russian probes, which blamed pilot error and the carelessness of the ground crew.
