Megan Williams
January 19, 2017

On Wednesday, central Italy was struck by three quakes. The quakes were felt strongly in the cities of Rome and Florence and the epicenters were recorded just miles from where the town of Amatrice was devastated by last August's quake which killed nearly 300 people. On Thursday an avalanche, triggered by the quake, hit a hotel in the region with reports of many dead. Megan Williams reports.
