Inside Europe: Controversy over Italian detention centers

Almost 50,000 people migrants and refugees have reached Italy this year. Many are supposed to be resettled in other European countries. But other countries are refusing to take them. So, in an effort to try to deport those deemed to be in Italy illegally, the Italian government is planning to open new detention centres to speed up deportation. But they’re controversial. Megan Williams reports.
