Dr Nina Hall is a post doctoral research fellow in global governance at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. She thinks that Europe's leaders and people need to look at the migrant influx from a different perspective. Ahead of taking part in a swim from Turkey to Greece, she explained why the swim is important to her.
