Inside Europe: An unusual mode of transport

For months now we've heard stories of migrants crossing the Mediterranean to reach the shores of Greece, Italy and Spain. But some refugees have discovered an alternative route to Europe: through the Russian Arctic into Norway. Reporter Charles Maynes recently traveled the route and brought us this report. It begins in Russia's Arctic north and includes an unusual form of transport.
