Inside Europe: A tale of two Belgian cities

In 2015, 48 hectares in the centre of Brussels were pedestrianized. But it's led to a series of law suits, dysfunctional politics and disgruntled local traders and residents. Meanwhile just 55 kilometres away, in the city of Ghent, its 20-year-old pedestrian zone has been such a success they've decided to expand it this year. It's a Belgian tale of two cities. As Don Duncan reports.
