Inside Europe: 16-year-olds get the vote in Malta

Lawmakers in Malta have lowered the minimum voting age for general elections and national referendums to 16. Beppe Galea is vice president of Europe's biggest political student organization, the European Democrat Students, part of the center-right European People's Party. Keith Walker spoke to Beppe and started by asking him why it is important for 16 year olds to have a vote.
