The German government drove a hard bargain in the negotiations leading up to Greece's bailout package. There's been criticism that Berlin's approach has been too punitive and humiliating. But has Germany been unfairly singled out as the 'bad cop'? After all, other eurozone countries also supported a tough line on Athens.
