Vietnamese businessman Trinh Xuan Thanh has been charged with corruption in his home country along with 22 oil executives. His alleged kidnapping in Berlin by Vietnamese security forces sparked diplomatic tensions.
Vietnamese blogger Pham Minh Hoang, who was stripped of his citizenship last month, has been deported to France, according to his wife. Hoang was accused by authorities of attempting to overthrow the government.
