German Agriculture Minister Ilse Aigner has chosen the Maxlrain Castle Brewery as Germany's brewery of the year 2012. It lovingly ages 15 varieties with no enzymes added following long-standing traditional methods. The "Zwickl Max" is a smash hit in Munich's trendy pubs.
