Four debutants for Löw

Germany’s national soccer team coach has named his squad for the upcoming friendly match against Chile. Four new faces are among those to line up for Germany in Stuttgart.

Pierre-Michel Lasogga, a striker with Hamburg, defenders Matthias Ginter (Freiburg), and Shkodran Mustafi (Sampdoria), have been named to the national team roster for the first time, as has midfielder Andre Hahn (Augsburg).

Among the familiar faces for the friendly against Chile in Stuttgart next Wednesday are Bayern midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger and Lazio striker Miroslav Klose who are returning to the national team setup after injury.

The Chile match is the first of four friendlies that Germany has scheduled ahead of its World Cup opener against Portugal on June 16.
