German exports rose in September, marking the first increase for the entire calender year. Sales of German products abroad increased by 2.2 percent over the previous month, the Federal Statistics Office in Wiesbaden reported on Monday. Exports increased close to 11 percent over the same month the previous year. The strongest growth came in trade with China, but the most of the exports went to France and the Netherlands.
