Fraport registers Higher Pre-Tax Earnings in 2002

Despite falling passenger numbers, Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide recorded strong sales in the first nine months of the year. The company announced on that turnover was up by nearly 14 percent to 402 million euros. Profits increased over last year by nine percent -- to 1.34 million euros. Pre-tax earnings went up by 9 percent of the previous year's level – to nearly 402 million euros. Fraport does business a 11 airports worlwide, including eight in Europe.
