Focus: German views of South Asia

Religious extremism, nuclear armament, ongoing regional conflicts: South Asia faces a number of demanding challenges. For German politicians, the stabilization of this key region is crucial.

On Thursday Indian government ordered reductions in embassy staff and banned Pakistan airline entering Indian air space.
