Shiwa left her home country Iran to fight against "Islamic State" because she feels their ideology goes totally against women's rights.
The Iraqi premier has announced the defeat of "Islamic State" (IS) after months of fighting to uproot the militant group. But European authorities have warned that its ideology still remains a threat to global security.
The Uzbek national has confessed to firing indiscriminately at a crowd of revelers at a famous nightclub in Istanbul. He claimed a Russian operative of the "Islamic State" militant group ordered him to commit the attack.
The jihadist group had suffered heavy losses in recent months and lost much of its territory in Syria. The Russian military said "not a single village" remains in IS control.
A summit of Islamic nations has issued a unified response to counter the US recognition of Jerusalem as Israel's capital. The draft declaration has also called on the US to withdraw from the Middle East peace process.
