Inside Europe - Europe helps refugees before winter

The UN estimates about six thousand refugees are entering Europe via the Western Balkans daily and warned of a humanitarian catastrophe as winter sets in. The EU and the UNHCR say they will provide temporary accommodation for an extra 100,000 people in the region. Kerry Skyring reports from Slovenia on the race to beat the onset of winter.
