Photographer Miguel Vallinas

The Spanish photographer makes animals look more human. You can see this in his latest project, called 'Second Skins' which shows some fascinating depictions of animals as humans. We met up with Vallinas in his home town with one of his greatest inspirations for the project - his dog Leo.

The Flying Steps Breakdancers

"Flying Bach", the award-winning debut show by the Flying Steps, was an international smash hit and the Berlin b-boy crew is hoping to match its success with their second show, "Flying Illusion". It recently premiered in Berlin - and we were there.

French Freediver Guillaume Néry

One of the world's best freedivers, Guillaume Néry is currently starring in the documentary "Attention - A Life in Extremes" as well as the short film "Narcose", which he made in collaboration with his partner Julie Gautier. It's an insight into what's going through Néry's mind during one of his deep water dives.

How Hip is Berlin?

The latest lifestyle media buzz seems to indicate the German capital has been downgraded somewhat on the COOL scale. Yet, statistics seem to tell a different story - with people still flocking to hit the town's hipster clubs and take in the city's historic flair. So we checked some facts and spoke to some of the local custodians of cool.

Vintage Wheels

Annette Abaci heads up the German office of RM Auctions, the world's leading classic car auction company. Her job involves visiting trade fairs, collectors' events and races such as the Mille Miglia and the Kitzbuehel Alpine Rally, as well as helping clients find the car of their dreams. We meet up with her to find out what drives her.
