As France gears up to host the 2016 European Championship, security concerns loom large in a country that is still coming to terms with recent terror attacks. But players and fans alike are content to trust in security specialists to keep them safe.

Joachim Löw brought on Lars Stindl late in the match and he repaid the coach's faith, scoring with just seconds left to earn Germany a 2-2 draw at home to France. This means Germany remain undefeated in 2017.
The Netherlands, finalists in 2010, will not be at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, despite a 2-0 win over Sweden on the night. France booked a ticket, while European champions Portugal scraped in at Switzerland's expense.
