EU Military Force Separate of NATO

If NATO couldn't stop the U.S.-led war, it means we need something else. During the cold war, peace was built on the dynamic equilibrium of the arms race. The cold war is now over. More and more wars were launched by the American government. Therefore, another military unit in Europe seems to make perfect sense.
