European leaders are meeting with Turkey as they attempt to solve the migration crisis. The goal is to reduce the numbers of people travelling to Greece by boat. For that, they're relying on the Turkish government to crack down on people smuggling.
The EU's chief Brexit negotiator says the bloc won't wait much longer for the UK to agree to settle its Brexit bill if trade talks are to take place in January. EU officials say the UK may have to pay up to €60 billion.
The Hungarian government has renewed its attacks on George Soros, saying Hungary faces "a frontal assault" from the US-Hungarian philanthropist. Soros said Fidesz is peddling "distortions and outright lies."
