EU seeks Balkan enlargement

The European Union is trying to woo Balkan nations like Serbia and Montenegro to join the bloc by 2025. DW's Max Hofmann asked Johannes Hahn, the EU's Commissioner for Enlargement, how realistic the prospects of these countries are.
