German carmaker Audi says operating profit fell by 6 percent in 2015, attributed in part to the diesel emissions scandal that is still engulfing parent company Volkswagen. Together with luxury marque Porsche, Audi is one of VW's main money makers.
The German car group is offering owners of older diesel cars rebates of up to 10,000 euros when they trade in their vehicle for a new lower-emissions car. VW subsidiaries Audi and Porsche have announced similar plans.
