The Trump administration has announced it will examine not just the nuclear deal with Iran but all potential threats posed by the country. US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson accused Tehran of "alarming provocations."
Washington has announced that Iran is complying with the terms of the 2015 nuclear deal and says it has extended sanctions relief. The White House, however, has ordered a full review of the agreement.
Former Iran President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has said Iran will not be intimidated by recent US missile strikes in Syria. Ahmadinejad is running for a third term as president.
