The German DJ combines techno music with the operatic sounds of Giuseppe Verdi at the Bavarian State Opera in Munich as part of its "Opera For Everyone" series.

Paul van Dyk was born in communist East Germany. Shortly before the Berlin Wall fell he and his mother emigrated legally. When the border opened, he returned to the Berlin and started DJing.
