Germany's Cologne/Bonn airport plans to become the first European hub to offer discount air fares across the Atlantic by 2005, airport officials announced on Tuesday. A one-way ticket to up to four destinations in the U.S. is expected to cost about €100 ($118). Airport officials plan to announce details at the end of July and said customers could begin to start booking flights at that time as well.
