Montenegro's Lake Skadar National Park is one of the Dalmatian pelican's last remaining European habitats. But it's under threat. Tourism and fishing can disturb the nesting birds and conservationists want to limit development of the area.
The Dalmatian pelican, with its snazzy hairdo, is one of the world's largest birds. Once a regular sight on Lake Skadar in southern Europe, it's become a rarity. But the birds are returning thanks to a clever idea.
