Cross-border attacks between Lebanon and Israel

After Lebanese rockets are fired across the border, Israel responds by firing back with around 20 shells. Israeli PM Netanyahu holds the Lebanese government responsible. Analysts say it may be a sign that instability in Lebanon is intensifying.
