Inside Europe - Could the war in Ukraine escalate?

The EU and the UN have expressed alarm over an upsurge in violence in eastern Ukraine. Government troops and pro- Russian separatists have blamed each other for the spike in fighting. The February ceasefire is already shaky but how much evidence is there that the war is on the verge of escalating? Helen Seeney put that to colleague, Roman Goncharenko, who's just returned from the frontlines.
