Scandinavians have been celebrating their culinary heritage at the Copenhagen Cooking festival for eight years now. Among the treats at the 10-day festival are an oyster safari in the Port of Copenhagen, cookery courses, chocolate dinners, and the chance to sample the cuisine of Michelin-starred chefs.
