Concrete villa in Madrid

Spanish architect Antón García-Abril's villa in Madrid is very unusual in that it is built from prefabricated elements actually intended for aqueduct and bridge construction. Nevertheless, the sophisticated combination of steel girders with stone and concrete makes the rather sternly minimalist building look light and airy.
