Some 100,000 people have attended a funeral for members of the Chapecoense football team killed in a plane crash on Monday. The disaster has cast a pall over the entire football world.
Colombian investigators have confirmed that the private jet, which crashed last month with a Brazilian football team onboard, ran out of fuel. Seventy-one people were killed when the plane slammed into the Andes.
Prosecutors have suggested the investigation against employees at LaMia airline may lead to a "manslaughter case." Another suspect in the investigation has fled to Brazil and applied for asylum, local media reported.
