Thousands of people gathered in Trafalgar Square to pay their respects to the victims of the attack outside the British Parliament. Officials have identified the attacker as British-born Khalid Masood.
British "Islamic State" supporter Umar Haque has been found guilty of trying to recruit children to carry out attacks across London. Haque had shown children videos of beheadings and made them re-enact previous attacks.
People gathered at London's Trafalgar Square to commemorate the victims of Wednesday's attack. Four people were killed by a British-born attacker who ran a car into passers-by and stabbed a policeman at Westminster.
Police have come under scrutiny for failing to stop a known extremist who appeared on TV and went on to commit a deadly attack in the UK capital. London Mayor Sadiq Khan urged police to "answer the legitimate questions."
Members of the royal family joined government officials and police at a memorial service for the victims of a recent terror attack. The "service of hope" comes two weeks after the rampage outside British parliament.
