From bottom of the barrel commodity prices, political instability and teppid demand - it was hardly a rosy picture presented in at the G7 summit. And according to media reports, that instability combined with Japan's own economic woes is forcing Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to postpone a key tax hike.
