Ankara has summoned Germany's ambassador for the second time in as many days with tensions between the two countries showing no sign of ending. It is the 17th time Berlin's envoy has been summoned in two years.
Germany's Foreign Ministry has said two more German citizens have been arrested in Turkey. At least 12 German nationals are currently in Turkish prisons for what Berlin says are political reasons.
Germany had promised an apology to Namibia for colonial-era genocide before general elections in September this year. But negotiations between both governments drag on with both sides failing to agree on key issues.
