Building a new life near Valencia in Spain

Two young Spanish architects have won a global competition sponsored by the UN, to improve urban mass housing. They want to revamp a low-income neighbourhood on Spain's Mediterranean coast, south of Valencia. The new project is putting a tiny working-class Spanish town on the map, and gaining notoriety in architecture circles worldwide. From the province of Valencia, Lauren Frayer reports.
