Around one-third of the world’s food ends up lost or with the trash. Initiatives all over the globe are trying to tackle this problem. In Germany, a volunteer-run operation called ‘Foodsharing’ - rescues food from the bin and donates it to the public via community fridges. But newly enforced rules are threatening the project in Berlin.
