Belle, Manfred

Manfred Belle has worked at "Eine Welt Netz NRW" ("One World Network North Rhine-Westphalia"), a regional organization in Germany, since 2000. He develops public relations and fundraising campaigns and educational and organizational development projects. As sector coordinator for public relations, he advises civil society organizations and volunteer groups and also conducts PR training and information events. His work with international partners on environment and development topics has led him to projects in Ghana, Zimbabwe, Ecuador and Tanzania over the past several years. Since 2006, Belle has also freelanced for non-governmental organizations. After completing his studies of politics, sociology and education in 1993, he earned an academic certificate in fundraising from the European Fundraising Association in 2002.
