Apple Pizza
Serves four
*4 sheets flaky pastry
* 4-6 small apples
*100 grammes butter
*1 vanilla pod
*1 sprig rosemary
* ice cream (optional)
* caramel sauce (optional)
Melt the butter over a flame, but don't let it brown. Scoop out the vanilla pod and add the purée and chopped rosemary to the butter. Cut the pastry into long oval shapes and roll out thin. Chop apple into wafer thin slices and place on pastry . Glaze with the butter. Bake pizza for 5 minutes in the middle of the oven at 200°C until it turns lightly brown. Serve with a scoop of ice cream, caramel sauce, and a light sprinkling of rosemary. Bon appetit!
