Uranus smells like rotten eggs, NASA has revealed after decades of mystery. This is because its gas clouds are rich in hydrogen sulfide, according to the data gathered by the Gemini North telescope in Hawaii.
Hurricanes need horizontal and vertical movement to develop. Both are possible on other planets. There are even storms with liquids other than just water, such as methane. Metals are not well suited to cause storms.
