After weeks of political wrangling and ethnic violence, rival leaders in Kenya have reached a power-sharing agreement. Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki and opposition leader Raila Odinga have signed a document to end the country's post-election crisis. The deal was brokered by former United Nations Secretary-General, Kofi Annan.
