The Gupta brothers are accused of having corrupt links to ousted former South African president Jacob Zuma. The country's state prosecutor has declared Ajay Gupta a "fugitive from justice."
South African President Jacob Zuma has said he was "compelled to resign" as a result of the vote of no-confidence tabled by the ANC. He said he would step down with "immediate effect."
South Africa's Jacob Zuma's ANC party has resolved to "recall" him as head of state. The decision comes on the back of a 13-hour meeting among the party's top officials.
