Inside Europe - A visit to Istanbul's 'Little Damascus'

Despite the huge migrant exodus from Turkey, the country still plays host to about 2 and a half million Syrians. Many of them, who have decided not to leave, live outside refugee camps, in towns and cities across Turkey. In Istanbul, one quarter of the city has become known as “Little Damascus”. Dorian Jones reports.
