A favorite snack in Sri Lanka is Dal Vada. To make it, lentils are cooked, smashed and seasoned with onion, green chili, salt and other tasty ingredients. Then it is shaped into balls and fried in hot oil.
Zucchini are rich in fiber, minerals, potassium, vitamins A and E, and healthy carbohydrates. Vegetable couscous is a colorful, tasty and easy to digest dish.
