For 15 years, Eckhard Gerber's company has been constructing buildings in Saudi Arabia. While some would criticize him for working in a country that curtails women's rights, he's a believer in change through rapprochement. Arts.21 had the rare opportunity to film in Saudi Arabia and get a behind the scenes look at Gerber's newest project: the new King Fahad National Library in Riyadh.
